2.    Why you need digital    

  • How people find products or services online – from awareness to sale – mapping out the digital touch points and how they can create a high performing conversion funnel for your sales and leads.

3.    What your current digital footprint looks like; start the process of understanding what you are doing right and wrong 

4.    Discovering your best approach to a digital acquisition funnel 

  • Research tools and techniques to identify the channels and content you need to make online sales.

5.    Creating your digital action plan – now you know how, what are you going to do and when?

6.    Your own digital profile – practical exercises to get you up and running as a professional who represents your business.
