The findings are discussed, explored. Then we talk more so that we can start to formulate the right strategic approach online for you and your business.

2. The action plan
Your strategy is drafted, and we come back together to review, refine and agree on your prioritised to-do list so that you can put your strategy into action.
It's important to note that we provide you with a complete documented output of the sessions. We make sure you know exactly what you need to do, giving you a detailed plan to follow.

3. Ensuring your success
We want to make sure you have all the support you need to help you put your strategy in place.
We schedule 3 follow up calls, so that you can get help and guidance as you start to implement your strategy.
You can also think of these as accountability sessions.

Your strategy fee is $1500 plus GST.
Additional time and follow up sessions are charged at $90 per hour plus GST.
